Overall the fittings and fixtures were poorer standard than we had encountered in other three star hotels in Germany, and compared to these other three star places, the hotel is overpriced, even allowing that breakfast was included in the price.

I liked the location of the hotel, very good for this price.

Hotel location is very good as is at the heart of Altstadt, close to the central station.

Great price for excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the Marktplatz and adequate for couple of days of stay.

The only good thing about this hotel was its location and the facilities were very clean.

My room was large, and had a double bed (actually 2 twin-size beds together in one bed bed frame).

The bathroom was functional - sink, toilet, shower (no bathtub), and again, very clean.

The room had an ashtray and matches, so obviously catered for smokers, and guests were certainly smoking in nearby rooms.

Our double room was OK, clean and a reasonable size, but with a small and very basic bathroom (but also clean).

The breakfast was in a room with several formally-set tables for 4 people, and a buffet of a variety of German cheeses, breads and rolls, butter, jams, muesli, yogurt, and fruit.

Not at all like the "breakfasts" at most American hotels where you get to serve yourself cold cereal eaten out of a disposable paper bowl, and drink so-so coffee out a styrofoam cup.

It's in a fantastic location in old Nuremberg, within an easy walk to all the terrific sights and cafes, restaurants, shops and market.

Mini bar was cheap, the continental breakfast was well presented and tasty.

The most surprising part of the stay was the breakfast the next morning.

All the reception staff we encountered spoke pretty good English (certainly better than we spoke German!

Location was good and hotel staff was very friendly.

The entrance, next to a seedy looking night club, is off-putting and depressing, but the hotel staff were cheery, welcoming and helpful.

A waitress, who did not speak English, brought coffee to the table for us.

The staff at this hotel were very willing to help us and the room was clean.

The staff at this hotel were very willing to help us and the room was clean.

The location ultimately made up for that inconvenience and breakfast was awful - most of seemed to have been sitting out for the last 24 hours.

The bathroom was functional - sink, toilet, shower (no bathtub), and again, very clean.
