Everything was great, had a really great stay for three nights. They gave us a big room with extra bed, the opened windows, as for instance. We loved wake-up service available. Parque tube station was 5 min away.

Tbh, had a fine stay for three nights. The room was fabulous, and well-equipped, with a safe, a work desk and a TV I needed. Its amazing, central location was a plus.

The hotel location is convenient, near metro lines and within walking distance of the city center. The neighborhood is pleasant and there is a park facing the hotel. The staff is helpful and the service is professional. The hotel offers a continental style buffet breakfast which is good.

A bath in the bathroom, reasonable quiet neighbourhood, only a few minutes from Metro station.

Breakfast is very poor. Coffee bad, juice contains only sugar and water, there was little choice of food. The sounds of the neighbors' bathrooms were quite noisy (shower in the bath in the early morning waked us up, the pipes of water and the toilet). And the beds were quit hard.

I had a wonderful stay at Avenida Park. The location was fantastic, so close to the metro stop which made exploring the city a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast offered, a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel.

There are noise of water when somebody in another rooms used WC or bathroom and it was boring. The resturent for breaksast was in labi.The breakfast was not good.

Poor breakfast. The same every day.Only ham, cheese, bread, UHT milk and corn chips. Tea, coffee, water and juices. The furniture and facilities are old, the bathroom is very small..

It was fine time in Lisbon. The location was marvellous and fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from Liberty Avenue. Near an underground station, just like we wanted.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I was really impressed with my experience. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very affordable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb. The staff were attentive and experienced, making sure that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. Finally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in a very calm neighbourhood, yet still within 20 minutes walking distance to the city centre. Additionally, it was only a 5-minute walk from the metro station, which made exploring the city extremely convenient.

All was perfect during my stay, no improvements needed.

It was quite good value for money, good location, city center is reachable on foot and by subway. Hotel has parking slots which are very useful in Lisboa if you are travelling by car.

Very poor breakfast, wi-fe was for additional cost, however, this cost was not that high.

The Hotel was excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly basic, but very clean and comfortable. One of our group had a problem with her shower and when she reported it they moved her immediately to another room, no fuss at all. Location is great. No problem with recommending this hotel, and I would definetely stay there again.

People have mentioned the breakfast before. It is basic but adequate and to be honest at this price I really don't think you can moan, in any case there are a couple of cafes about 200 yards down the road which do nice food at very reasonable prices

This hotel is a great find! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station and within a 20-minute walking distance from the city center. The neighborhood is very calm, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist you. The rooms are spacious, with extra beds available upon request and equipped with air conditioning to keep you comfortable. They are also kept clean and tidy. One thing I really liked is that breakfast is included with the rate, so you can start your day with a delicious meal without any extra cost.

Clean comfortable room. Simple but adequate breakfast. Ideal for a short city break. Very good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Maria. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. About 20 minute walk to centre but metro close by at Marques de Pombal and taxi about 5 euro. Close to bus stops for Airport and hop on hop off tours. Opposite Edward VII park which has a lovely restaurant. Will return here again.

Lack of fast food American style restaurants in vicinity - eventually found burgers in El Cortes Ingles shopping Centre ( turn right at door) and Pizza Hut (turn left) towards Sheraton Hotel.

The employers, services and rooms were below my expectations. I also think it's a little too expensive for the quality it offers.
