I had a beautifully maintained room in this reasonably clean hotel. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with well equipped facilities, appliances, stunning views and that was great.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a good stay for 5 nights for business trip. Booked a room with breathtaking views of Hi-Tech City skyline. The location was best possible, for example, Shilparamam Village was relatively near the hotel. There were a shopping mall and a market around the venue.

I was traveling to Hyderabad for early morning flight. My room included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. The pool was lovely and I had cold drinks in the sky bar.

Well-maintained rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Savoury and solid breakfast with variety of options to choose from. Ideal location, walking distance to everywhere. Early check in and great service overall.

Special experience, the hotel is modern with prime location to the business centre in Hyderabad. Location near to both restaurants and staff and AVASA between the months of February and April on a business trip and Convenient to reach. For tea or coffee visit Brickwood nearby. Easy check-in, late check-out. Sky bar and clean pool.

Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Hyderabad. The room was beautifully presented and fully-equipped and there were climate control, a private safe and LCD TV set. The hotel had a central setting impressed by the nice service in reception as well as in the restaurant.

The front office staff at Avasa provided excellent service during my stay. They were quick to address any issues and were especially helpful in setting up the internet in my room. There was clear respect and professionalism from Harpreet and Evgeny Korobeinikov, making my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food in the restaurant was up to mark. I had a great experience and will recommend this hotel.
