Kind and really kind staff, breakfasts were rich.

The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a lovely area, just next door to metro as well as the Airport 22 Euros taxi. The whole room was quiet and had a refrigerator, air conditioner, and a personal safe. The rear view here was particularly nice. The location was marvellous and beds were exceptionally comfortable. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the venue.

Straightforward venue, good bar area, convenient location in a secure area. Very very helpful and attentive staff, very good service. Well furnished rooms with a huge screen TVs, 2 extra beds in and lovely bathroom. Savoury and varied breakfast with various options for all tastes. Location near to the airport in the morning, the fair madrid or transportation and an industrial/business Park. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Puerta de Alcala🙂

It was brand-new, neat and with a huge screen tvs. The staff was very very helpful and attentive and the service was very good throughout our stay. The location in an industrial area was excellent and there were the main shopping centre and shops nearby.

We only stayed one night. The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. We could park the car in the hotel garage for 10 euro.

The food was absolutely disgusting! We ate at the dinner buffet in the evening and all the food that was supposed to be warm was only lukewarm to cold and our soda's were warm...We didn't dare to eat this food, afraid of food poisoning. This cost us 12,50 per person..Breakfast was somewhat better but also here the scrambled eggs were cold..

The location was incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport and right off the highway. It made our travels so much easier, especially when we needed to catch an early morning flight. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and we were able to relax and unwind in the comfortable air-conditioned setting. The hotel also offered a range of amenities, including a mini-bar and a terrace where we could enjoy the views. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is a bit far out from Madrid centre (around 25 minutes by car). Buffet dinner is good and hotel pool is refreshing. Hotel is situated in an industrial area, so no views to enjoy. Staff at breakfast could be a bit slow to replenish items which run out. However, overall experience was good and hotel is recommended.

The family room was great value for money and very comfortable with everything working well. A comfotable stay.

My Mother and I had food poisoning symptoms which started the morning we left and continued for the next 48 hours. We suspect it was from the fish on the buffet for dinner as it was cooked but cold when we ate it. My children did not eat the fish and were not ill. There was nothing else significant we think it could have been.

I came to Torrejon de Ardoz for a longer stay - everything was really good. Overall it was well furnished and new-fashioned with a huge screen tvs. The location seemed good near the airport Barajas. Food in the in-house restaurant was outstanding.
