Very pleasant experience there. Clean and the staff was competent and responsive. Nicely furnished and tidy units with bathroom, comfortable beds, for instance. Perfect and convenient location to Puerta de Alcala. Based in a safe area👌🙂

Incredibly incompetent staff!

Amazing staff, breakfasts were sensational.

The pool area was good and the location was great and absolutely perfect, next to shops or restaurants as well as the shopping center. Besides, it was 10 min drive to Torre Eiffel. The room was exceptionally nice, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. A mini bar, central heating, and an electronic key card were a very nice touch.

the unit we got was nicely furnished with bathroom, 3 beds so very cramped and a bathtub. location: the hotel was really close to free airport shuttle, drop off to the airport and an isolated industrial park.

Modern and CLEAN place to stay in, it has affable and excellent staff at reception desk. Make sure to get double room with becoming like a hostel, bathroom plus a bathtub.

Excellent stay near the airport with complimentary pick-up and drop-off. The spacious room had a comfortable bed and a big bathtub in the bathroom. The staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was decent and filling. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and great amenities.

the staff were really excellent, really really helpful expecially in time of the volcanic ash debacle, rooms were comfortable, we want a hotel with shuttle to airport, a family room and free wifi- meant it all thats why we booked it,

only thing I will like them to do better is enforce no smoking more in bar area, a few people lit up during a match on television, meant we have to go upstairs

I very much appreciated the hotel arranging a taxi to take us back to the Madrid airport the next morning when their own shuttle was full. Breakfast was great, choices and quality were plentiful.

All in all room was good-sized; also provided a tub. We had a mini bar, satellite TV and climate control. The setting of hotel was good, in an industrial neighborhood.

Well, the area was very ordinary overall.

Location just next door to the outskirts of town, and an isolated industrial park. Functional good-sized room with comfortable beds. Great pool, parking onsite.

We had a great city break experience! The hotel's complimentary shuttle service was a key factor in making the start and end of our holiday convenient. staying just a short distance from the airport allowed us to have a few extra hours to explore the city. The comfortable and clean room made it easy to relax after a long day of sight-seeing. The added bonus of a complimentary breakfast gave us a great start to our day.

Our only complaint was the nearby area lacked entertainment options, although the hotel offered a good restaurant. However, this wasn't a big deal as we were happy to explore the city's cafes, bars and restaurants anyway.

Shuttle service and friendly staff were good. The free shuttle from the airport was a plus, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was situated in an industrial area, which was convenient for our business meetings. Breakfast was included, which was a nice touch.

Poor value and outdated hotel facilities. The hotel was outdated and in need of refurbishment.

The hotel was ideal and modern, I liked it, especially garden view. The room I stayed in was well furnished and modern, it had 2 single beds or 1 double bed. Everything was perfectly fine and the staff were responsive. The location was comfy close to the airport & nice restaurant downstairs: )
