  Unbelievably hot room, the food wasn't bad and menu items changed daily, very nice adult pool.

  The hotel is very old and the staff in the restuarants appear to be very unhappy and agitated.

  The situation is great, taxis are everywhere and the fares are very reasonable, more beach chairs would be nice too. Acapulco's downtown is ugly, just stay at the costera and the lobby is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. And the service is good, the rooms are clean and restaurant has excellent food.

  The small store on the bottom floor is expensive and the elevators are slow.

  The views were spectacular, it’s the lovely, romantic hotel was I was first there and the staff were friendly and few spoke any English. Bedrooms were kept clean, the elevators were always readily available and food was not bad.

  The view from the 17th floor was fantastic, the staff especially made the choice of this hotel worth and service was excellent. The room upstairs was better and the elevators worked fine.

  The common areas were well maintained and clean, this place was perfect for a cheap weekend getaway. Staff were courteous and friendly, new Year's Eve Fireworks from our balcony were spectacular.

  Our room was a clean and spacious ocean view, the place was fine, the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional.

  The furniture was old and the elevators did not work most of the time.

  Great nighttime view of the bay and great seafood, Acapulco is BEAUTIFUL, lobby area is nice. The staff is nicely dressed and the bar service was fine also, Margaritas and Daiquiris are good.

  I just returned from a stay in Acapulco, great service and again nothing really exclusive. The room was incredible, the bar staff were also VERY attentive.

  • the hotel was clean and well kept and we didn’t see any insects anywhere, the staff were great, very accommodating to all of our needs, the room service was excellent every day.
