We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean and the pier. It was a great starting point for exploring the area. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. They even gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby. The room was spotless and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the variety of food offered at breakfast, which was included in our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, service, and comfort provided by this place are truly exceptional.

I was in Puerto Madryn for an international conference. The hotel fit my needs very well.

I was disappointed that a refund for at least some of the time we could not stay at the hotel (due to the volcano) was not forthcoming....or perhaps it still is?

Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Puerto Madryn and has a beautiful ocean view.

Internet only worked a couple of hours each day. Breakfast is the same meal every day with lots of dessert bars and sweet items. The hot eggs and bacon were great! There needs to be more flexibility when a reservation is modified prior to one's arrival.

Stayed during xmas holidays. Great value for the price. Amazing sea view with comfortable and spacious rooms. Location couldn't be better; right in the center near shops, restaurants, and the beach. Staff was very helpful and kind. Good breakfast included with a variety of options.

Some minor maintenance issues, but nothing that affected the overall experience. WiFi was spotty in some areas of the hotel, but worked well in most areas.

This is a nice seafront hotel with all facilities in house including gym and swimming pool. There is also secure parking.The staff are friendly and helpful and can speak good English as well as help learners like me with my Spanish. Well worth a visit.

We had an amazing stay with a stunning sea view right from our room! The hotel is conveniently located on the promenade with plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also situated right next to the pier and just a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities as well as the easy and convenient transportation options. The breakfast was good with plenty of food to choose from. The staff were super friendly and helpful making our stay even better.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel in this city.

It might be a problem if you don´t speak any spanish, because not every receptionist speaks english

The HOtel is excelleent. Very good price/quality relation. Excellent site and location in Puerto Madryn (downtown, but quite). Everything is close (banks, reaturants, shops, beach). Very nice and confortable room. Hotel resturant with vvery modern and interesting menu.

The hotel has a great location near the sea front and right on the promenade, making it easy to visit the pier and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Some of them even have ocean views and are well-appointed.

Despite the great location, the service was not up to par.

Restaurant and breakfast really were just ordinary. The fitness room is very small and of bad quality (machines out of order for several days). One of the computers was out of order during the whole stay (4 nights ...)

Spent Xmas at this hotel. The breakfast was good, and they had an amazing view. The hotel was also in a perfect location, with a lot of restaurants and shops, and close to the beach. The room was quite comfortable, with everything we needed.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not great. The sheets had stains on them, and the elevator was too slow.

Great location right on seafront, we loved Madryn. A lot like Southern California. We should have stayed 2 nights.
