The small roof-top pool is a gem! Ask for a room on a high floor if you don't like street and party noise. The area is safe to walk and has loads of bars, shops and small eateries.

Staff was not as attentive as they could have been, we had asked for a non-smoking room with a baby crib and got a smoking room without a crib. There's not always English speaking staff available at front desk.

The hotel is nice, have nice little kitchen, supermarket is across street from hotel, nice breakfast, free parking, buses pass right in front hotel, the only downside noisy at night with people on the street other than that very good for the price, one has to remember that they're not going to live and everything today is very pricey. In the USA it will cost much more for the same accommodation. I can stay at that hotel again. EYT

I like everything except I couldn't use the electrical outlet so I to ask for iron at breakfast and when I got back to the room there was an iron and board in the room waiting for me which I appreciated very much.

Great Location and Breakfast

I recently went on a city break and stayed at a hotel with an incredible location, close to lots of restaurants and pubs. The hotel breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety. I also really appreciated the fact that there was a supermarket across the street, making grocery shopping very convenient.

The rooms at the hotel were quite noisy, which made it hard to sleep at night. There were large gaps in the windows that caused a lot of air flow and let in a lot of noise from the street. Additionally, the outside noise from the bars and buses made it difficult to relax and get some rest.

The structure quite modern, in perfect position: between Av. Paulista and the Center. Spacious apartment with equipped kitchen, even if the bars and restaurants in neighborhood take off the wish to cook by itself. Breakfast room a little under the level, but the impression remains positive. Gentle staff, internet via modem comfortable and fast. I would return. Struttura abbastanza nuova, posizione perfetta: tra Av. Paulista e il Centro. Ampi spazi dell'appartamento, cucina attrezzata, anche se la vicinanza dei bar e ristoranti toglie la voglia di cucinare. Sala colazioni un pò sotto il livello, ma l'impressione rimane molto positiva. Lo staff gentile, internet via modem comodo e veloce. Ci tornerei.

A new building in construction at the back side, but the noise is not fastidious. In costruzione un palazzo dietro, ma il rumore non è fastidioso.

It seems like all rooms are smoking, so you have this odor everywhere.

Great location on Augusta street, close to Frei Caneca shopping, supermarket just in front. The suites are small appartments, well equiped.

The isolation is bad, reason why you hear the noise of street. No wifi, only cable connexion to internet (no mobile device). The fitness centre is very small and does not have a lot of equipment.
