The location is excellent, this hotel is only nice and the building is on a charming cobblestone street.
The breakfast staff has a good sense of humor.
In one of the best locations in town in the old port area, historic places and the staff was exceptional.

The location was perfect, the 7 hour drive was well worth and the room was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Decoration and service was excellent, staff were welcoming, i adjusted my shower time by an hour the next morning and was fine. Breakfast was just o.

Great location and amazing staff, overlooked by a large window of the museum opposite. Hotel was very nice, streets were beautiful and quiet at night, the concierege service was also superb offering advice. The room was spotless, the lady in the kitchen was pleasant as well and breakfast was ample and delicious and I loved the beans. The crepes and omelets were wonderful.

Definitely a great location, near the river and ken at the front desk knows the place and can give good directions. The building is historic, and completely updated, the staff here bent over backwards to be friendly helpful, the rooms are well sized and given the hot humid summer days.

The location was perfect and the jacuzzi tub was a welcome relief after long days of walking. Service was also excellent, the room was adequate for two persons and breakfast was a joy and the waiters were very polite.

The location in lower town was convenient to fine restaurants , shopping, historic sites, and the st, this hotel was great. The cleaning staff were excellent, the room was quiet and the AC adequate, the breakfast in the morning was very good.

The area is quiet at night, and there was no traffic noise at all, great little hotel on Rue St. The building is on a charming cobblestone street and the professional staff is bilingual. The air conditioning is perfect and lots of good restaurants close by.
