The hotel was clean, the price was reasonable and lobby was great.
Hotel location was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean.
Perfect for city travel, the location of the hotel is near a large enclosed shopping mall and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location is very good and easy access to subway.
The metro/subway station is just across the street and hotel lobbies are very nice.
Next to the metro station for easy access to downtown, upon entering the hotel I was impressed as the lobby is large and bright, there are lots of restaurants near by.
Suite was very spacious with 2 rooms one with large whirlpool bath.
Clean and comfortable room during your stay in Montreal, good staff, comfy beds.
Services were good and my room was large.
Tub drain didn't drain, breakfast included is very practical.
Very good quality room at an excellent price and great desk staff.
Moreover pros: The breakfast was reasonable.
They made sure Breakfast was set up early at 6:30.
The internet was free, we paid $100 per night including breakfast.
Free wireless internet and basic continental breakfast nothing fancy.
When visiting Montreal make sure to visit the Gogo Lounge!
Hotel price was excellent and the staff at the front desk was always very helpful in telling us.
The hotel rooms were clean and front desk staff was friendly.
The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the front desk said they would put a machine in to clear the air.
Parking was a reasonable price and staff was helpful.
The hotel staff claimed no responsibility and brought up a number of rather unconvincing reasons for this.
The place itself is pretty alright in terms of cleanliness - the cleaning lady seemed to be the only competent person of the whole staff!
The bilingual staff was the most courteous I have encountered in a long time and the room was clean.
Hotel Staff was very curtious and helpful, rooms were clean and functional.
The hotel was right next to a Metro stop was extremely convenient, staff were efficient and courteous, rooms were very clean.
