Loved the Spa with its full equipment and treatments. The gourmet restaurant had innovative dishes that were always succulent. The staff was so gracious and helpful, I felt like royalty.

Who needs a turn around when getting lost in the maze of streets near the hotel? What an adventure!

The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but once through the doors a large, beautiful courtyard (very well maintained) appears. Nice pool area, and well appointed spa area. Fantastic meal at the restaurant. Very friendly staff.

The location is a little "off the beaten path", and you need a car to get anywhere. Overall, a little pricey (both room rate and restaurant).

Spa facilities, swimming pool area and the hotel grounds and decor were very nice. Staff were also very attentive. Free wifi in the bedrooms.

My room was very small although I was advised of this when booking so can't complain, there are a couple like this, and based on other reviews, most rooms are larger (although this would cost extra to the 185€ we paid per night). My main issue was the cost of any extras in the hotel. Menu prices and drinks were extortionate even if it has a michelin star. Since it's a good 10 minute drive from Avignon, if you don't have a car, you have to go by Taxi, and for some reason that costed around 25€ each one way journey too, making it an expensive couple of days. Not sure if it's normal, but the taxi drivers seemed to start their meter when they were called by the hotel, so the starting tariff would range from 6.50€ to 8.50€ which isn't great.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by vineyards and a beautiful countryside. The rooms are well-appointed and spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The service is impeccable, and the breakfast buffet offers a delicious variety of food. The spa and pool area is lovely and relaxing, with attentive staff who are happy to help.

The food in the restaurant is expensive and limited, with little variety for picky eaters.

Food was excellent, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness room available with overnight stay.

Service was a bit slow at times.

Very quiet environment with all necessary equipment and services.

1- Location outside of the hotel is not so nice. You must drive if you want to live the hotel. 2- Continental breakfast is very expensive at 15€ when you can get the same thing for 4€ in a team room in the city 3- MiniBar drinks in the room are also very expensive. A half bottle of wine you would buy 6.5€ in a shop would cost you 30€ and a bottle of water more than 7€.
