The location of the hotel is perfect for those looking to be in direct touch with nature. With a beach just below the hotel and easily accessible with a lift, guests can enjoy the clear waters and go snorkeling. The operations manager Katerina deserves special mention for being so efficient and doing an amazing job of making sure everyone is being looked after well. Voula, the bartender, prepares delicious cocktails that are a must-try.

The lack of variety in the cocktail choices could be improved for a better experience.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The transport from the hotel was incredibly convenient, and I loved the fact that it was located right next to the sea. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch, making it a joy to move around the hotel. The staff were also exceptionally friendly, especially Maria, who served me at breakfast and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Finally, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, making it the best way to start my day.

Everything was fantastic.

We're resting for the second time, and we like it. We always take a room with a pool, including breakfast and dinner. The food is great, varied, always fresh. The staff is always up to speed, there's nothing to pick on. We'll come back in the fall.

The sea and the beach!

The quality and choice of dishes cannot be considered as a 5-star hotel. There's practically no animation for children and adults. There's no volleyball on the beach.

The location was lovely, close to the sea and surrounded by nature. The room had nice facilities and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast was enjoyable with many options to choose from. The beach was easily accessible by lift and the private pools were a nice touch.

The service was lacking and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests.

Cleaning not always perfect - not for a 5 stars hotel - cleaning ladies should be checked!. New, very nice hotel, luxury I can say, but final cleaning not finished - still materials left on the floors. Not perfect...

The Atrium Prestige is a perfect retreat for seniors. The hotel's decoration is elegant and luxurious, providing a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. The general areas are spacious and well-maintained, making it easy to navigate and enjoy. The accessibility for senior people is excellent, with ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the complex. The staff members are attentive and always ready to assist, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The only improvement I would suggest is for the children working there to be more mindful of the needs of senior guests.

The 'Akteon' Beach Bar is such a peaceful place to relax with a cocktail, as if the sound of waves and stunning seaside views weren't enough. Lachania Village is a picturesque treasure, perfect for a tranquil escape. And Prasonisi offers thrilling water sports and breathtaking scenery.

Oh, and let's not forget the incredibly uncomfortable sunbeds. Nothing like a good backache to go with your relaxation.

had an amazing short break at a lovely resort in lachania. the staff were super friendly and the hotel was well designed with beautiful grounds. enjoyed the amenities and breathtaking sea views. a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. highly recommend it.

Beautifull hotel with real value for money in low season. Great breakfast with fresh orange juices and many more....... Splendid view over the beautifull pools and sea. Very nice room and bathroom. Highly recommended!

For a 5-star hotel, some newspapers would be nice to have on the room or at the lobby. Although the bathroom was very nice and big, there was not a seperate douche and it was crappy showering in the great bath in the bathroom, in the corner for taking a shower. The difference between garden view suites and sea view suites are not that big. One thing what was really not a 5 star solution in my opinion, how they have handled our complain of our seaview room. In advance we have made a phonecall to ask the difference between garden or seaview. In our case we booked a sea view room which had a very slight view of sea. After complaining at the reception, they could not tell the difference with a garden view room, but the price was mantained......

There was only one minor issue- the entertainment could have been more exciting. However, this does not detract from the overall experience at this hotel.
