  The hotel was very central for most of Krakow's historical attraction's and the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English. The toilet had a corner shower was very powerful and the buffet breakfast was extremely good.

  Its central location is definitely a big plus and Krakow is such a lively and welcoming place. Rooms are clean and tidy and front desk staff extremely helpful, the breakfast, even being the same every day ; is pretty good.

  Well worth the extra cost over tours organised from the centre, good value overall and the staff very friendly and helpful. High standard of rooms and decent breakfast buffet.

  Great value for money, nice staff and also I loved that the shower was very spacious, and clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was of a fair to good standard.
