The food was gourmet, the spa was heavenly, and the conservatory had a nice view. The free sauna, steam bath, and spa pool were a nice bonus.

Such a shame that I had to leave this paradise and go back to reality.

The snack bar was available on the premises. The entire staff was great. The pool was clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our group of friends. The location is superb, with a historic site nearby and the charming old town just a short stroll away. The surrounding area boasts a mix of small shops and the big SATURN center, ensuring there's something for everyone. The hotel itself is inviting and relaxing, and the spa facilities are top-notch. The restaurant offers delicious and imaginative dishes, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We especially loved the comfortable beds and the mouthwatering breakfast with fresh fruits and juices. a perfect retreat in a tranquil park setting.

The hotel had a perfect location in the city centre, and since it was located inside a park, and with only a few rooms, it feels like you are staying in a small and cosy family hotel where you can sit and relax outside in a nice garden. No traffic noise, just nice and quiet inside a park. We could walk all over the city from the hotel, perfect location. Would stay at this hotel again if we are going back to Szczecin :)

Location is amazing, located in the heart of the city, but within a quiet public park. I really liked the hotel exterior, it reminds me of a really cared for old mansion. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general, my room was very well kept, clean, modern, bathroom, comfy spacious double bed and fully air conditioned, which was much needed in summer, room was cleaned daily. Food was excellent and well presented, staff were friendly, professional and always helpful.

Location was great, close to the city center and within walking distance to the river. The hotel also had a nice spa zone where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The shower cabin in my room was quite old and could use some updating. the sound isolation in the hotel was not great, so I could hear noises from outside my room.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Park Hotel. The room was large with very comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. The best part of our stay was the food at the restaurant. We had a great dinner the night we arrived. The breakfast the following morning was wonderful as well.

No major complaints, just a minor inconvenience regarding the spa services: the programs in the experience showers were too short, and I had to keep pressing the buttons. a nice hotel with great amenities and a good value for the price.
