Great location and i'd recommend as a good value hotel.
The location was amazing everything is next to you Gallery La Fayette you can walk to Champs, the Hotel is located on a quiet street.
The location is excellent, lazare connects well for the rest of Paris.
Wonderful location near the heart of Paris, good value for the money and the staff were very helpfull and nice.
The location was great, there were different metro stations near the hotel and the price was fairly reasonable.
The location just perfect and near the subway station.
We liked this hotel because in a triple room on the fifth floor everyone had equal beds (no uncomfort extra bed as usual).
We had reserved a tripple room, which was just a double room with an extra bed stuffed in.
Other than that, the bathroom was always clean and the bed was made daily.
One of the rooms had a plaster on the roof of the bathroom, and there certainly wasn't any air conditioning.
Could not understand the bad publicity absolutely no problems cleaned bath room and fresh linen everday.
Breakfast was listed as included on the website but she would not let us leave the hotel (we were racing to the airport) without paying for breakfasts;even those we did not eat!
Plenty of variety at breakfast, food was fresh, loved the bread and cakes.
Cold breakfast was served, and it was a nice change from bacon and eggs.
Near bars, they recommended a fantastic french restaurant one block away.

The location was good, i had a very pleasant stay and the staff at reception were super friendly.
Nice style of the rooms, great staff and the owner/manager was extremely helpful.
