Overview

The Atlas Asni Hotel is located in the mythical red city, in the heart of Marrakech’s Hivernage area, close to the Le Jardin de la Menara, the Theatre Royal and the Royal Tennis Harti stadium.

The four-star property is housed in a six storey large, modern construction served by elevators, built in 1988, and totally renovated in 2005. There are two bars and a cabaret bar and a swimming pool, surrounded by a large garden, decorated with trees and palm trees, which invites you to relax in the sun at the rear of the hotel.

The hotel’s 326 comfortable guestrooms feature bright bathrooms equipped with a bath tub and toilet. All rooms are air conditioned and have satellite television, with a dozen channels, a safe deposit box, telephone with a direct line and a large balcony, as well as a mini-bar, stocked upon request.

The property comprises two restaurants serving lunches and dinners in the style of a buffet opposite the swimming pool and the gardens.

The Atlas Asni Hotel is situated near the train station, and 10 minutes away from the RAK-Menara Airport.

There are 304 cosy rooms, together with 18 spacious and comfortable suites, which offer a marvelous view of the snow covered Atlas Peaks and the city of Marrakech. All rooms are decorated in a modern style, and fully furnished and carpeted, combining traditional Moroccan charm and hospitality with today’s comfort and leisure facilities. The room facilities include air conditioning, direct dial phone, king size bed or two separate beds, office desk, sofa, hair dryer, mini bar and radio, as well as satellite television and en-suite bathroom.

Dining options

Our guests are offered lunches and dinners in the style of a buffet in the main restaurant “Le Jardin” opposite the swimming pool, or at the Franco-Italian a la carte restaurant, “Le Relais Coffee Shop”, open 24 hours a day and also opposite the swimming pool. Many bars with entertainment are good for relaxation and for nightlife, the oriental cabaret “L’Alcazar” remains open until dawn.

The hotel Atlas Asni provides visitors with a free buffet breakfast.

The property is ideally located close to Medina and the Merana Gardens and other attractions such as Djemaa El Fna Square, the handicraft bazaars and the Koutoubia mosque. There is the Theatre Royal and the Royal Tennis Harti within 1km from the venue. The Maroc Nature is about 1.4km away, the Canal Forme in 1.5km, the Place du 16 Novembre in 1km, the Conference Palace just outdoors, and the Business Services Center in about 2km.

Getting there.

Guests arriving at the train station, located beside the bus station, can easily reach the hotel on foot. The property can be reached from Marrakech airport by means of a taxi shuttle.

Getting around.

The RAK-Menara Airport is located about 2.5km from the Atlas Asni Hotel. The train station and the bus station is just a few minutes’ walk from the property.

  Location is very nice, hotel Atlas Asni is only a few Km away from the airport and also the lively lobby is attractive as is the live music outside in the evening. The staff is kind and no shower gel, just a bit of soap and towels smelt of bleach. The food is very good.

  Plenty of comfortable seating areas, relaxed atmosphere and the convenience of being near to my conference venue. The price was perfect, staff were lovely and only one computer worked for the free internet. Dinner buffets were very good, pool was also very great.

  The music from the bar on the ground floor was too loud all night till 6am and towels were to small.

  Good position, clean hotel and for same price, stayed at Golden Tulip Farah and was ten times better. The staff were excellent and extremly helpful, pool water was clean, Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was had very little choice and was available did not taste very nice.

  Good views of atlas mountains from balcony and very clean hotel. Free computer room in lobby, friendly staff and restaurant and lounge are all great for relaxing after a day of exploring.

  Good location and the staff were very friendly and the hotel accomodations were excellent.

  The service was very poor, the beds were too small and the food in the cafe and restuarant was expensive and was better to eat outside.

  Tha location is great and easy access to the main line station, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the reception is nice looking and the pool. Every room has a balcony is a big advantage.

  The bars were excellent as was the swimming pool and garden area, hotel staff were great.

  The hotel was ideally situated between the new and old towns of Marrakech, food was good.

  Staff were very unhelpful, room not maid up we got in at 9 pm.
