We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location, perched on a hillside overlooking the stunning Bay of Naples, was simply breathtaking. The panoramic views from the hotel were exceptional and added a touch of magic to our entire experience. The service here was top-notch, with the staff always available to accommodate any request. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink and made to feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The terrace offered a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. And the best part? The free Wi-Fi in rooms allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends. This place offers everything one could ask for in terms of comfort, luxury, and quality services.

The price amazed us. We have stayed at other hotels in Sorrento before, at much higher prices, and much less value. Everything was perfect, the size and cleanliness of the room, the fantastic staff, the wonderful dining. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to our friends and relatives, and we will certainly be staying here when we visit Sorrento again.

The only thing that we would comment on, is that the hotel is 2 km out from the centre of Sorrento, but they do have a free shuttle bus.

Within 10 mins walk to regina giovanna bath and adjacent to other tourist sites. It was a gorgeous hotel. We liked Atlantic Palace from the moment we entered.

The hotel boasts a beautiful garden with comfortable sun beds and jacuzzis to relax in. The evening entertainment is also a plus, and the staff are very attentive. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various options to choose from.

One aspect that could be improved is the initial airport transfer experience, which could be more efficient.

Far from the port and the center, wi fi only at the public area, we got a room near the elevator, it was noisy and we couldn't sleep

Stumbled on a gem! Beautiful scenery and amazing view from the room. The shuttle service is convenient and the food was tasty. The room was spacious and clean.

The service was incredibly slow and the staff wasn't friendly. We had to wait too long to get help with our luggage and the room wasn't ready on arrival.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the stunning views of the bay and the convenient location near the city center. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere that we enjoyed, especially during the festive season. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

Some of the facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. We noticed that the pool area was quite small and can get overcrowded during peak seasons.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and were impressed by the cleanliness, lovely hotel facilities, and the easy transportation options to different parts of the city including the regular shuttle bus. We also enjoyed spending time outside in the garden area where we could relax and unwind after a busy day of activities.
