The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to Cervinia's slopes as well as the ski bus stop that takes you to Schwarsee. it is situated close to a local supermarket, making it convenient for any necessary shopping.
The soundproofing between rooms is inadequate, which can create disturbances from neighboring guests.

The hotel offers great value for money, with prices that include delicious and plentiful afternoon tea, aperitif, canapés, dinner. The staff is lovely and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to the ski bus for the lift at the other end of town which brings you to Schwarsee. The rooms, especially those with a direct view of Matterhorn, are clean and in good condition.
All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The hotel location was great, near to the ski lifts and the town centre, which was very convenient. The views from the hotel room were also stunning and added to the experience. the buffet breakfast was a good start to the day and had a good selection of items to choose from.
The hotel room was very basic and in need of updating. The worst aspect was the noise that could be heard from the adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Good value deal, central location, and a mesmerizing sight of a famous landmark. Despite the hotel being dated, it was clean and efficient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast had a hot option, unlimited tea and coffee and an endless supply of yogurts and fruits.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the action in Zermatt. You can easily walk to the old town and the main road, and the Sunnegga railway is just a short distance away. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the bus stops, making it a breeze to get to the ski lifts. And let's not forget the rooms with a direct view of the Matterhorn - waking up to that incredible sight is truly a treat. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are in good condition and kept clean. I also appreciated the breakfast, which included a hot option and was served with wine - a great way to start the day.
