Hotel Atismar Quarteira

Great location and vert well located hotel.

Spent a week here & was impressed by the location of the hotel in relation to the beach & nearby restaurants/bars/shops etc.

Great location, the bus station is just behind the hotel (useful for day trips to nearby towns), the post office is 5 minutes away, there's also the big Wednesday morning market just behind the building.

Taxi is cheap to get there you don't fancy walking and there's always the great beach a short stroll away.

The hotel is very near to the Wednesday market and the bus station.

Accomodation- Good, clean and plently of room for 2: bathroom-toilet,bath,beday and shower.

The rooms are excellent, towels changed every day and bed linen every couple of days.

In a nutshell - good hotel, most staff reasonably friendly and clean and plently of room for 2: bathroom-toilet.

If you're looking for a clean room and bed to spend the night in then I can recommend the Atismar.

Probably best to think in terms of Bed and Breakfast and the odd evening meal.

The bar was great, breakfast was continental as expected and the pool was marvellous I can imagine you would have to get there early in high season to get a lounger.

Minnies bar owned by the lovely Barry, clean towels and restaurants ideal for a few nights break.

Furthermore easy access to shops restaurants, well maintained like the rest of the hotel and sOME of the staff are cheerful some are downright miserable.

Breakfast was continental style but perfectly adequate and we enjoyed the evening meals, although there was only a limited choice.

We were told not to expect any gala meals but on Christmas Eve we were offered a complimentary port on arrival in the restaurant and the menu was very good.

Reception staff superb letting us check in 4 hours early.

Reception staff superb letting us check in 4 hours early and snacks of a lunch time are great at Baz 'n' Minnies Bar or the Atlantico.

The reception staff could have been friendlier.

Staff - Friendly and the maids cleaned daily.

All in all a great holiday at a great price Well done to the staff who made our holiday enjoyable.

The good accommodation, inexpensive meals served by friendly staff.

The pool was dirty with bits floating in it and the lounges were breaking apart.

The room was one of the best I have stayed in, we had two balconies, and it was spotless.

Very clean room and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was clean, staff were helpful and the room was small.

Room: Absolutley adequate- bright and clean with the most fantastic beech view- any other floor would not have been the same though!
