Atherton Hotel State College - 州学院

The location is to easy walking distance of the campus and is located in the downtown.

The price was decent and the location & room were ok.

Other than location, the place is a dump.

The best thing about the hotel is the location.

The Atherton has a great location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and campus.

By the way, there is no security and anyone can come up to the rooms from the parking garage without checking in at the lobby or using a room key to access the floors with guest rooms.

The bed was comfortable and our room was very quiet.

There was a slight odor in the room while I was there, but rather than go to the trouble of moving rooms late at night I opened the window and then didn't notice the odor.

The menu was " sold-out" of certain dishes, disappointing) The rooms were clean and the beds outstanding in comfort.

Moreover the bed was comfortable and breakfast was very nice.

We ate in both the restaurant and the bar, with delicious food, friendly service and reasonable prices.

During my stay I had dinner in the restaurant (good food, a bit slow service) and breakfast via room service (typical fare).

The restaurant was lovely with good service.

Great for walking around town and bar hopping.
