The location was perfect, with a great view of the sea and it was centrally located. The breakfast on the fifth floor was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The family room was spacious and clean, making it perfect for our short stay. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional, always welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nettuno.

The location of this hotel was perfect - right by the coast overlooking the marina. I loved being able to walk everywhere, with the sandy beach just a 5-minute stroll away. The old town and train station were also conveniently close, making it easy to explore this city. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of options including scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, ham. The staff, especially the breakfast lady, were very friendly and accommodating.
Can't fault the property in any way.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is perfectly situated right by the coast, with a road between us and the beautiful marina. The location couldn't be better, as it's in the center of everything, near fantastic restaurants and the beach. The view from our balcony was simply breathtaking, offering fabulous views of the surroundings. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a delight, with good air conditioning keeping us cool in the summer heat. The staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The reception area had a lovely airy feel to it, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was top-notch, with a great range of food on offer, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. a truly luxurious experience.

Reception staff was friendly but this is all I can say good...
Breakfast was very poor, definately not a 4 star hotel one (1, max 2). The restaraunt barely spoke English but I guess this is normal for Italy. Despite I paid 120 EUR per night the room was facing the side street where it was noicy from the pizza business at nights...

The lobby was nice and cool.
Airconditioning worked very poorly and personel turned it remotely off even when we were in the room. Shower didn't work, water was changing constantly between ice cold and burning hot. Shower booth door fell away. We received towels onöy for one even we were two adults and one kid. Dinner was a fixed menu service, not a la carte and the quality was not up to the price charged. Personel gave a lot of empty promised, but nothing happened. Far, far away from four stars, mamimum two and a half stars.
