The location is great, Austria Trend Hotel Europa Wien is really nice and the staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. The rooms are small and simple, the elevators take forever as well. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the facility is clean.

Best location in town, great Hotel and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The wireless internet worked well, the pillows were just a disaster , the worth we ever saw and the breakfast was amazing especially the waffles. The concierge was very accommodating and spoke really good English.

Great location just a few minutes' walk from st, the place is clean and the AC in the room could be classified as AC LIGHT , even at night is was to hot in the room. The breakfast is fantastic.

Just 5 minutes walk from the central metro station and the location of the hotel is very convenient in the city centre. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is quite good and the staff is also very kind.
