Good location, near the station and close to the old town of luzern.
The only thing good about this hotel is its location, rooms are amazing.
Good location, its the convenient place to stay and staff was fine.
The location was very good - about 3 blocks from the bridge and the pedestrian zone.
Good central location, overviewed a nice mountain and the hotel was easy to reach.
The room is nice, the Penthouse bar is really great and toilet is big.

There is a nice Thai restaurant attached to the hotel, and the Penthouse bar and club on the top floor is welcoming as well.
The rooms themselves were immaculately clean and spacious, there were many restaurants inhouse that offered a good viraiety of food.
A cool bar, fabulous meals and the check-in/out was very simple and quick.
The breakfast that is included in the price was outstanding.
The downsides are that the hotel is still under construction, early in the morning (around 3am) you might hear the music from the bar, and there is no parking associated with the hotel.
The Front Desk area had been renovated as looked ultra modern, our stay was quiet and uneventful, reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
