  The views were incredible and the Maui Lu was not as bad as people in the past have made out to be. Maid service was great and we didn't see any bugs at all, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

  The view from our lani was beautiful beyond belief and the stuff was really nice and friendly. The room was spotless.

  Peaceful, quiet a view of haleakala, good value and great price. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us, the room was large and clean enough.

  The room was clean, service was excellent and the view was beyond words, our stay on the beach front was fantastic. The staff were warm and friendly and kind, etc. Shower power was great too.

  The best value in hawaii and worth the price. Great service, nice bed.

  Its a photo opportunity and ok food on a crowded boat, pricey and just ok, old curtains.

  The hotel sits back from the road in a beautiful setting, our room was clean, had average furniture, a good working TV and A/C.

  Upon arrival, the Maui lu looked nice, and clean, my room was neat and well appointed.

  The location is perfectly fine, banana bread from the fruit stand just up the street and a clean and comforable place to relax after a day at the beach. The newer building has the best rooms, the service is very good and the staff is very helpful Mahalo, some pretty big cobwebs, and thick dust on the higher surfaces.

  We loved kamaole beach and big beach near wailea, beautiful Views, two good things about the hotel. House keeping did not put back on during our week long stay and staff were friendly and helpful. Our oceanfront room was great and the refrigerator was very convenient for storing fruit and beverages. The employees were very, very nice to us.

  Coffee maker was not even cleaned and the pool was not heated.

  Quiet beach, very convenient location and not a very good place to stay. Very nice for the price and the staff were friendly. The room was clean.

  The small beach across the highway is lovely, the ocean view rooms have GREAT VIEWS too and this hotel is excellent for staying on your budget. One more note, breakfast at kihei cafe is da best.
