We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in Manado. The location is perfect, as it is situated in the city center and close to the vibrant local market. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially from the receptionist and bell boy. They were always friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met.

This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff provides excellent service, and the hotel offers a multitude of amenities to enhance your experience.

I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and only realized when I was just about to pay the bill at the local restaurant. I called the front desk and they offered to drop my wallet to the restaurant. Also, when I fell sick at midnight, the hotel staff happily dropped me off at the local hospital. The outstanding service and care they provided were truly remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfort.

The breakfast was decent and the gym was well equipped with lots of options for exercises. The hotel was in a great location and we could easily walk to nearby restaurants.

The hotel was outdated and not well-maintained, with dirty carpets and old furniture. The room was noisy and not properly insulated, and we could hear everything from outside.

Our stay was great thanks to the prime location of the hotel, as it was adjacent to a variety of restaurants that served delicious meals and in the coffee shop with amazing coffee. The hotel was also well situated right next to the gym area, where we were able to work off some of the delicious meals we consumed. We also had a blast exploring the local market near the hotel, which was full of interesting local products. The room was superb and came with a clean bathroom, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast that served various traditional dishes and fresh fruit. We also loved the facilities that came with the room, including a beautiful view of the city.

The hotel had a reasonable price and was located in a decent location. It was easy to access different pharmacies and grocery stores from there, which was super convenient. The hotel staff was quite friendly and provided a quick check in and out process.

The beds were way too soft, and the sheets had old paint on them! The cleanliness of the room was a major issue, and the bathroom was pretty dirty as well.
