We had a pleasant stay at this luxurious hotel. The location near the airport was very convenient for us, and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service that dropped us off every 2 hours. It made our travels so much easier. Additionally, the hotel was close to a mall and restaurants, allowing us to explore the local area easily.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. We would definitely recommend it to our friends for their stay.

The hotel offered a complimentary airport shuttle which was very convenient for my Easter stay. The location was also ideal as it was only a short drive away from the airport and major shopping areas. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was in need of some maintenance. The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy and the bathroom facilities were not the cleanest.

The hotel located near International Airport. It's easy for me who arrived Jakarta late at Night. Room condition also the price was great.

We only booked for the location close to family and considering what we paid I was very surprised and very happy with the Aston, friendly staff and a nice bar with good food.

Quality of breakfast was low level, especially vegetable salad. I hope next time I will enjoy variety of vegetables. I did not know the pick up service at the airport.

I had chosen the hotel for one night bewtween two flights. The poor management of the shuttle serveice made it costly because I had to take a taxi to get there. In addtition the staff behaved irresponsibly which make it very frustrating (at 4:30 pm they told me that the 5oclock shuttle had already left the airport and I should wait until 7pm (my flight had landed at 2:30pm!). In this condtions this hotel cannot be considered an airport hotel and since it is also far from downtown....No stand of bus post mentions the hotel shuttle in the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a mall. The breakfast was satisfying and the staff were polite and attentive. We appreciated the complimentary transportation service and 24-hour housekeeping.

The pool/spa is for men only-we stayed there specifcally for this so it was dissapointing that my partner couldn't use it. Apparently they have given Booked.net this info but at the time of writing there is nothing stated. Also the airport shuttle bus does not operate through the night free of charge.
