Overall it is an exceptionally comfortable hotel and we enjoyed the stay, the location was incredible right at the Shin-Yokohama station. The room is decent size and there are exceptional views of the full Minato Mirai and distant Tokyo skyline.

I recently stayed at Hotel Associa in Shin-Yokohama for a few nights. The Moderate Double Room was clean and spacious, and the hotel offers convenient luggage storage. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Shin Yokohama with easy access to public transportation. There are also numerous dining and shopping options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had delicious options with allergy markings. I appreciated the environmentally-friendly option to choose when to have my room cleaned. the location inside the train station was the best feature of this hotel.

I stayed at Associa Shin-Yokohama for nearly a week on a business trip. The location was perfect for late-night arrivals by Shinkansen. The breakfast was great, with delicious fried eggs and a nice selection of fruits like whole apples and kiwis. The gym, though small, had enough machines for a good workout, and the free lounge service was a huge plus. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay, and the location made it easy to access various food options and save money on transportation.
