The hotel is overpriced for the quality of rooms and compared to other hotels in the area.
There were some positive aspects: The Microcentro location is fine and centrally located.
The location was central to nearby Florida Street and lots of resturants and cafes.
This is a very nice hotel, good location.
Several items were stolen from our luggage during the two hours we left it at their care while we were waiting for a ride to the airport.
If you want a taxi they would call and tell the taxi were you wanted to go if you didn't speak Spanish.
We had to change rooms because the "deluxe" bathroom has a very large jacuzzi tub with a fixed partition extending about 2/3 the length of the tub -- impossible for anyone not highly flexible to get in or out of.
Upon request our room was immediately changed to a large room with a king size bed.
The carpet was repulsive (it had a dirt pat between the door and the bed), stained sheets, the wallpaper had lots of mould, the bath wet the floor.
The room was very comfortable with two queen beds.
The deluxe rooms are excellent clean, great jacuzzi baths.
We ate in restaurant several times - lunch, room service and dinner.
The breakfast is indeed the same food every day, but they offer a selection that should please most people (esp.
The lobby, bar and resturant are ok but nothing spectacular.
Breakfasts were okay, certainly nothing great.
Small breakfast area with only 8 tables so you willl have to wait in line for a table.
Our room was ample and the staff was observant and friendly, checking in with us in the afternoon to see if we had any needs or wanted turn-down service.
But front desk staff was outstanding - they booked all our tours and shows and were great on all details and in writing.
The staff was great, friendly, and helpful.
We found the Hotel staff extremely helpful.
The small lobby is pleasant but too small for the activity level and the frequent stacks of luggage waiting there; and there are often long waits at the 2 small elevators.
I particularly enjoyed on a hot day being able to use the small roof top swimming pool even though the area is small.
We never did master the Internet access in the lobby - different keyboard for us, but it was there at a low rate.
After reading other reviews it is clear they had just refurbished our room.
