the location is a perfect escape from the busy life of pattaya. it's like we weren't in pattaya actually. they have a beautiful landscape. rbreakfast is satisfactory.
the hotel is old. needs major renovation. the water heater of our room didn't work right...it was hot all the time. the other room where my two children stayed, the air condition didn't work well too. the food is too expensive.

The setting was absolutely perfect, close to the lovely and romantic Cabbages & Condoms restaurant and near Pattaya South and Jomtien. the superior room had a heavenly view of the Gulf of Thailand and was equipped with bottled water.
