our stay at ashlee was amazing! the staff went above and beyond to take care of us, especially when my daughter was unwell. they even upgraded our room. the hotel had a free shuttle to the beach and shopping center, which was very convenient. the room was clean, modern, and spacious. we'll definitely be back!

Good hotel with own shuttle bus to Patong Beach and the big shopping mall. Direct location at the night market where you can eat very tasty and inexpensive food.

The hotel extends over four buildings. Unfortunately, only in building 1 is Internet to receive and this also rather sparse.

That we were next to a night market and the beach was only a few minutes walk away. There were many places to eat in the area so everyone will find what they are looking for.

We loved the convenient location and the fact that everything was within walking distance. The night market was just a minute away, and we could easily walk to the beach and Bangla Road. The hotel's shuttle service was a bonus for us as early risers.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The proximity to the night market with its many possibilities to eat, drink and shop was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were always pleasant and greeted me with a smile every day. They were extremely helpful and even upgraded my room upon arrival. I also appreciated that they allowed for a late checkout, which was perfect for my late flight. The location of the hotel was great as well, situated on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. It was also within walking distance to a local open market where I found delicious and affordable food options.

Although this place is not right by the beach, it is easily accessible by taking a short bus ride. However, I would highly recommend this hotel to families for its excellent service and comfortable amenities.

Our stay at Ashlee Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa was pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the king-size bed and the air conditioning, which provided a much-needed respite from the heat. The rooftop swimming pool was a nice touch and allowed us to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and the night market.

Although there were some drawbacks during our stay, such as the limited variety in the breakfast options and the occasional issues with the room key-card and housekeeping, the overall experience was still positive. The friendly and helpful staff made up for any minor inconveniences we encountered.
