Lovely grounds in a pleasant rural location, the high quality of service and delightful building.
The location is beautiful, the hotel was in immaculate condition even is a very old building and your room at the other is quite a long walk between the two.
Lovely surroundings, the hotel is in a fabulous location and the restaurant as can be a long trek from some rooms.
A great location and ashdown Park is truly magnificent.
Great location, offered excellent value for money and the service was nice.
The dining room is old style luxury, the service enthusiastic is rather amateurish and bed could have been a little more comfy.
Also the bed was comfortable and the food was as you would expect from a good kitchen.
The rooms were an excellent size and food was good.
The hotel seemed very quiet, the staff extremely friendly and the bathrooms we saw were modern.
A hot tub, excellent food and the indoor pool was large.
Additionally breakfast was delicious in the small dining room, the food in the restaurant was traditional and the pool was also very nice - and warm.
Service is delivered in a cheerful, public rooms are very pretty as well and the very fancy looking food in the restaurant is mediocre.
Location & grounds are fabulous as was the food in the restaurant was superb, the hotel is located in a beautiful park and the staff are generally very helpful.
In addition breakfast is great and menu read well.
The restaurant is superb and wine list very good.
The setting is beautiful, the reception staff went out of their way to get me a lovely room.
All hotel staff were extremely attentive and on the downside service was haphazard at best.
Leisure area is fine, the staff making us feel welcome and important, enthusiastic about the history of the stunning building - used to be a convent.
The hotel was lovely and staff were very helpful and polite.
The pool at a great temperature as was the jacuzzi, dinner in the restaurant took too long and the extensive wine list was excellent.
Beverage is very good and we used the swimming pool is absolutely fine.
Piping hot water instantly, delicious meals and i used the well equiped gym.
The bedroom was clean, food were both of very high standard and dinner was superb.
The rooms are extremely clean and the choice at breakfast is quite good.
The room weas clean and welcoming, hot food.
The room were spacious and clean, breakfast too was very good.
