Location great and nice hotel. Staff speaking perfect anglish, excellent bed and a decent washer/dryer combo. Big fridge/freezer, varied oriental breakfast and the gorgeous French Concession in another.

The location is perfect, local steam bao and a hot station for eggs/omelette, very nice and lively street to walk through. Place is good for leisure and rates are very reasonable. The staff at the lobby are helpful, the service apt aspect is great and the apartment I was in is spacious and most definately suitable for families. Such as a huge storage space near the door for shoes and breakfast menu might be slightly disappointing.

The location is very central and a few minutes walk away is the famous xintiandi. Decor is modern and new, staff is welcoming, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is quite good.

The location was great and hotel had opened 40 days ago all staff were new comer. For the price we paid for and the apartment was spacious, big bedroom. Kitchen was very nice and up to date as well, the breakfast was a rung or two above adequate.

Very near to underground metro, just a street away from the subway station and one of the famous shopping district in modern Shanghai. Comfortable value for money and free internet on the house. Because some parts of the rooms were really worn out, the lobby and entrance was very good, service was great.
