The location was great and the hotel was clean, cheap and close to everything in Florence.
The staff were very helpful and the room was reasonable and cleaned daily and smelt of nothing.
Fridge was warm, breakfast was pretty neat and a good variety too.

Just 5 minute walk from the railway station, location is good and the hotel itself is quite nice and has breakfast room. Staff were very helpful and i am afraid that is were ends, the food is excellent.

The location near the centre of Florence and transport links was excellent, the entire hotel was hot, the staff, , were very friendly and helpful.
