Got neat room for a table a chairs as expected, liked it. The location was marvellous and lovely, good value as opposed to other options. There were a market and several stores around the hotel.

It was good value with a nice décor. The hotel was set in a central area really close to the serving bays, shops restaurants and the beach, and cafes.

location: the hotel was just next door to convenience store, mall and beach and still quiet enough. i visited havana club restaurant very close to the venue for a few drinks. the room was really well-appointed, comfy beds.

The room was spacious and the bed was perfect. The hotel was conveniently located near Kuta beach and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and ample, and the swimming pool was a delightful extra.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at La Hotel. The location was fantastic, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even leaving a plate of fruit and a letter in my room. The breakfast was satisfying and the price was good value for the quality of the hotel. I had a great experience and would recommend La Hotel to others.

I like about staying in this hotel is that when the hotel staff did not see me in a couple of days (due to I go out very early in the morning and coming back late, I get a phone call finding about my whereabouts and whether I am alright which at other hotels that i stayed before never have this experience.

No comments on the staying but insufficient signages that leads to the hotel after having a few drinks and trying to get back. Just for laugh, I did got lost on the third night where i had to walk an additional 45 minutes to finally found it.

The room smells damp, the picture is better than it really is. It's old furniture.

The breakfast spread was decent and the hotel provided complementary Wi-Fi and bottled water. The location was great as it was close to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service to the beach.

Our room was not properly cleaned as the towels were dirty and the sheets were not changed during our stay. The floor was always dirty and the bathroom flooded, making it unusable.

Lived in an apartment. All new, clean venue, good location, polite and friendly staff.

Breakfasts aren't varied, and they're fast.

This place has a great location, with professional staff who made the stay enjoyable, and the service was exceptional.

Totally crap hotel

I stayed in the Suite room which was third level up and the furtherest room from the front lobby and there was no lift :( Complete budget hotel and wasnt my sort of suite....Photos are deceiving......Cats were constantly swirming outside my room and toilet was never flushing :( I can't forget the security there !!!! Absolute shocking...we arrived home from the clubs around 3am and they were sleezy and very smothering !!!! I wanted out of the hotel immediately the next day and I did check out !!!! shocking hotel - would never recommend it too anyone includng backpackers!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel charge in unfair rupees rate. I book one room rate 47dollar. Hotel rate is 1 us=9800 rp that so bad. because bank rate is 1us=8400rp. I ask to pay with us dollar but they did not agree. So I have to pay more .
