The maid/cleaning service was excellent, our 3 bedroom appartment was equipped to a high standard.
Luxurious apartment in quiet location and the shuttle bus was also very useful.
Very good family hotel and home facilities offering excellent family.

Nice and quiet place, staff were excellent. Apartments were excellent, well maintained and breakfast was fresh and good selection. The pools were great for kids.

Great stay at as cascatas, friendly staff and i ended up using the oven to warm the apartment at night. Fully equipped kitchen and two de luxe bathroooms, excellent breakfast, very clean and modern facilities.

Most nights, as due to the location no restaurants around and our 4 year old loved Paradise Island. Other mornings no cereals.

The hotel complex is attractive and all facilities are available to as cascatas guests, reception staff is very kind. The apartment couln´t be better, breakfast at the Hilton is lovely and the spa is excellent and incredibly relaxing.

Very enjoyable stay, the staff were very helpful and family suite was huge and had all the equipment we needed. The restaurant was serving good food and felt comfortable bringing your childeren, the hydromassage pool in particular was great.

Hotel fell down by using a lot of inexperienced staff are not trained as waiters and the apartments are as good as any my wife &. Facilities for young children are great.

Just a bit outside Vilamoura as such the use of a car is a good idea and the apartments are lovely and clean and spacious.

Staff could have been better and seven spa is a must as well as you only pay the treatments and not the facilities.
