I was pleasantly surprised with my recent stay at a centrally located hotel in a bustling city. The room was cozy, just the right size for two beds, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond, even taking the time to show me where to park my car. The highlight of my stay was definitely the free wifi, which made it easy to stay connected. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Firstly, my name was not on the booking list of hotel. Secondly, nobody was in reception room when I came ( 13o.c) and I have to wait 15 minutes and then I found the lady myself just going trought all floors.(((Nobody shown me my room just gave me a key and even didn't explane how to get there.(((

What a very comfortable stay, no complaints. Fairly clean place and terrific service. Units with a large desk. All in all magnificent and absolutely perfect location, short walk to a market, shops and bakery and Genk rail. Also, in the centre of Genk.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the city center. The location couldn't be more perfect, with everything you need just a few steps away. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities you need, including a desk and a bathroom. The attention to detail is evident, making you feel right at home. And let's not forget about the value for money - you won't find a better deal in this area. a fantastic choice for anyone wanting to explore the heart of the city.

Nothing to fault here - everything was just right.

Simple hotel, but really nice. People a friendly. Breakfast is huge, really top quality one !!! And irish pub next to it is making great food !!

Flexible hours, reception ok, room clean and warm. Empty fridge at our disposal: much better than a too expensive minibar.

Water in the douche is dependant on the time of the day: in the afternoon too hot (no way of getting it colder). In the morning: OK, but no way of changing the temperature.Air dryer: cold air.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the center, with shops, restaurants, and cafes in the vicinity. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with basic amenities like a water kettle and sufficient hangers available. The breakfast was good.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Easy check-in, easy bar, good breakfast, easy everything - eene the summer market outside Sunday morning did not disturb ...

the king room was well-designed and had a multi-channel tv, ironing facilities, and a study table. the location was good and magnificent, in the city centre, and the bed nice.

The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of the city center. It's perfect for exploring all the attractions and restaurants nearby. Plus, being so centrally located, it's easy to find and convenient for getting around.

All was satisfactory, no major issues to report.
