Great location in the center of this interesting town. Clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The hotel has a beautiful garden with birds, perfect for sitting on the patio and enjoying the view. Ample parking on the hotel domain.
Nothing, it is perfect.

We walked everywhere, the location was good. Le prive restaurant, where you can eat, is short way from the hotel. Parc hassan ii was within easy reach;))

The breakfast in the garden was charming, with fresh coffee and a good omelette. The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the city center, old medina, and the beach, which was great so that we can walk everywhere. The staff was really cooperative and courteous, providing towels for the bathroom. , our room was clean and spacious.
The Wi-Fi signal is not stable and sometimes was slower. The bathroom shower was not well-designed, and we had to put an extra towel on the floor to avoid water everywhere.

The free Wi-Fi in the lobby was quite reliable, and the central location allowed us to explore the town with ease. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of room to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The rooms were quite dark and damp, and the bathroom was subpar, with only basic toiletries provided. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options and poor quality food.

This hotel is the best thing that happened to us in el Jadida. The city is not tourist friendly and there is nothing to see. The cite portuguaise is like a ghost town and you see it in two hours. There is hardly any restaurant variety so we decided to eat at the hotel and it was divinely cooked. Everyone was great even when we decided to go to Marrakech one day in advance. I would definitely recommend staying here.
No air conditioning in the rooms...although we did not need it. But it is probably very hot in the summer months.

Location is ok, but since the beach is not for swimming the hotel could use a pool. The chairs and music outside is a nice touch, only a pitty it ends at 11 pm.
The standard handlings (check-in, check-out) were done a little bit amateur, but staff was always polite.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a charming town. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, allowing for easy exploration of all the interesting sights and attractions. The hotel itself was a haven of comfort and quality, providing enhanced services that made my stay truly enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. Additionally, I loved the terrace and the dressing area, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The delicious buffet breakfast provided a great start to each day, and the dining restaurant offered a variety of tasty options for lunch and dinner. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were also greatly appreciated, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The archetecture and grounds were very nice. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast--if included in the room price--was very good.
They are lacking in their amenities--no air conditioning. We asked twice to have it fixed to no avail. Many of the other rooms had the same problem which forced people to keep their balcony doors open at night for cooling the room which led to some rooms having mosquitos. No clothing iron in the room. Although they provided one on the first day of our visit, when we asked for it a couple days later, they said that they couldn't locate it--quite an inconvenience as we were attending a conference.

The park around the hotel and its location
Many things No air conditioning on the first two floors! The key card to open the door of my room had to be reactivated several times per day (not only me but also other people) No service at breakfast: staff not present, no spoon, no fork, no napkin, ... no smile when I found someone to ask what I needed Reception: one lady was often talking on the phone (private matters) and I was waiting until she had finished to get what I wanted Bar: vacuum-cleaner in the middle of the room and cleaner invisible Price is exaggerated in comparison of the 5-star hotel I booked in Casablanca

The hotel’s location on the patio with a view of the garden was a highlight. The large rooms had potential to be comfortable.
The poor service throughout left me very frustrated.

Friendly staff, helpful and kind. Quiet environment with beautiful garden. Spacious rooms in central location. Good breakfast with buffet option. Free parking on hotel premises.
Nothing not to love.
