Wonderful relaxing hotel, I liked marvellous breakfast!
The hotel was reasonably clean based in a classic style building with outstandingly accommodating and accommodating staff. The room was good-sized and recently refurbished, with smoke detectors and pleasant views of the sunrise from the high floor. The location of the property was favourable, close to the station.

Great relaxing and excellent modern hotel, brilliant place for a vacation in Sapporo! Amazing excellent location, near train station. Based very close to convenience stores and the subway, and Susukino by walking distance. Good sized and newly decorated room, nice view of the sunrise.

I booked a triple room for 18 nights and had a such wonderful stay. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and a fridge were really useful. The location seemed good and pleasant close to the center of the city.

Very very good and perfect breakfast to start the day with sweet rolls and yogurt, for example. The rooms for the value. Favourable and amazing location - so close to a train station.

This small hotel is equal to 4 stars. The room is newly remodelled and decent size with a lovely view of the sunrise from the high floor. The location is good and unbeatable, not very far from Ramen alley dining. Would stay again in this busy area. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

The room was cozy and clean, with a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed our meals at THE TERRA restaurant and the massage was amazing. The location was perfect, close to the park and not far from the city center. I had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

The rooms were bright and huge with an air conditioning, a main sleeping area, and a couch bed. The staff was amicable, consistently courteous, and everything was good.

I was here for 18 nights and ate at traditional restaurant at a Western-Japanese buffet or the Japanese dining room. It was nice to find an electric kettle and a fridge. The location so close to a train station was good and absolutely perfect.

The location is convenient, with the subway station and Nakajima Park just opposite. The staff also pay attention to detail, providing foam contour pillows and omelettes made with local products for breakfast.
Nothing to complain about, everything was satisfactory.
