Great and exceptionally friendly accommodation with good setting next to main tram line, the tram stop and Slezský stadion. Very comfy beds in our standard room. Tea/coffee making equipment, multi-channel television, and a study table were convenient. Friendly, efficient staff towards all guests.

i got standard twin room for 2 nights with comfortable beds as well as extra space, appreciated it. location: the hotel was very close to restaurant, "slezský stadion ", and the suburbs. i tried some drinks at gastropub minibrowar reden, located 10 minutes walk away.

The relaxation area was wonderful - I could just lie on the deck chairs and enjoy the silence while being enveloped in the scent of aromatherapy. So calming.
Who needs a functioning spa or sauna? Waiting around for everything to be ready is such a fantastic way to spend my time.

The spa is welldone, the bedroom is tastefully designed, good tv program selection.
I had a bedroom with view over the roof of the restaurant, the Hotel was almost empty and no efford was made to give me a room on a higher floor, despite that I paid for an executive room. In my mind if a bath is offered, instread of a shower, it should be made sure that a person can easily have a shower without having water all over the bathroom. No air conditioning in the room, the internet connection didn't work, lower quality at breakfast.

Rooms are clean, well-designed, and have a great atmosphere. Convenient location near public transport and attractions. Good value for money with free public parking nearby. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Bed is comfortable with extra space in the apartment.

The room was spacious and quiet, exceeding our expectations. The modern decor and large TV added a touch of luxury to our stay. The hotel was also exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby.
No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.

All in all excellent and beautiful setting very close to "Slezský stadion ", and close stadium. Also, next to a vast park. Outstanding, wonderful units provided with comfortable beds, extra space, for instance.

The hotel itself is beautiful and new, with a clean and comfortable room. The restaurant offers amazing Polish food, and there are convenient transportation options nearby. this hotel provides great value for money.

Nice and well equipped rooms, kind and helpful staff, pretty good breakfast. Located close to large park so excellent for a jogging.
The only disadvanage it was a 'noisy' room. Staying in the ground floor I heard the neighbor's farts, splashing water and discussions from the corridor. The building itself got a poor sound insulation, I guess.
