            The location is excellent and the free car park saved us a lot of money in parking. Great stay we will return, the staff seemed to be well motivated and and also the room is very spacious and clean,because is Sunday. Liked the iron and board attached to the wall very helpful, the food is very good.

            Big room near Bristol centre friendly staff good breakfast, not much atmosphere and the location and the old building. Excellent customer service and employees have to live in today. The bathroom is spacious and again most uninspiring.

            Big room near Bristol centre friendly staff good breakfast and a wonderful stay. Historic buildings, com to ge a very good price and quick service. Bed was very comfy and lunch was a hot and cold buffet had a huge choice and lots of. Sunday dinner was well cooked and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

            Dirty lookin poor food and did not like the smell frokm the kitchen wont vist again, the towels had seen better days.
