A great location - ideal for the shops, good value for money and i liked everything the manners of the staff.
The location is ideal for business and the hotel is very large.
Ideal location within walking distance of city centre, lovely decor and staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Our hotel room was lovely, again the staff were really friendly and the bedroom they gave us was very spacious.
The bed was very short even very wide was too short I found, four of us decided on bar food was good.
Also the staff were excellent and bed was comfortable.
A large bed, bright lifeless bar and the food that was served at the function was brilliant.
From our window we were over looking a large balcony/patio area and this stay we found room very hot.
The coffee shop in the spacious foyer was an added bonus, the breakfast was of very good quality and most other staff were very pleasant.
Additionally helpful in the restaurant and leisure facilities good.
Breakfast was fine a sort of ‘free for all.
Good reception service lowered my opinion of the hotel, friendly staff and the rooms were very spacious.
Available on the hotels website was pretty good value, the staff at reception were really friendly and very little - room was adequate.
