Good location and this hotel situated near railway station.

The location is great because it's close to the train station but not noisy at all.

There is a bridge over the river only about 40 yards from the front entrance of the hotel and that bridge leads to an entry point to the huge underground station and shopping mall.

My friend and I traveled to the airport and chose to take the bus to the hotel(although the train would have been perfect and cheaper).

The bathroom is good and the bed is very nice.

The carpet runs about 1/3 up the walls, so it was a bit questionable with respect to cleanliness when the bed (single room) is pushed up against the carpeted wall.

Superb rooms - clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, quiet.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was excellent as well.

The breakfast bar is adorable and swiss ice cream is the best.

Very convenient for station, as well as near the old town restaurants and good location for shops.

There're restaurants downstairs, and a supermarket nearby in 3 mins walk.

It was very close to Niederdorfstrasse (about a 2 minute walk) which is full of places to eat, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Easy 5 minute walk to food and shops in the 'old town' and theres a supermarket about 2 minutes walk away.

Welcoming receptionist area, this hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, the reception was helpful.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Reception and breakfast room staff exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

The maid service is remarkably prompt and the rooms are very clean.

Efficient and helpful if somewhat reserved staff (they must have been Swiss, lol), they even gave each of us an umbrella for our trip to Lucerne on a rainy day.

There is an elevator to take you up to your floor, so you don't have to take the spiral stairs if you have luggage.

The main tramway is a block away, so is Starbucks, where you can get a 30 minute free wireless card (a great find in this city of limited open networks).

The washroom was clean and overall the room was very tidy.
