Our stay in the hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We were quite literally in the center of the action and were able to walk to all the major sights. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.

That the curtains didn't fully cover the windows, allowing some sunlight in the room in the early morning.

On the Booked.net hotel Arcadia is announced as "hotel with swimming pool". Really there is a small bath in the sauna.

They advertise having a swimming pool. That is true, but not in the American sense. They want you to rent the pool/sauna for your private use at $45 an hour.

We were truly amazed by this place! The room was huge and comfortable, providing us with enhanced comfort and luxury. The location on the Moika canal was perfect, as it was in a quiet area and yet still close to the city center. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, attending to our every need with attention to detail and prompt service. The room amenities were excellent, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a dining table. Plus, the free toiletries, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and parquet floor added to the overall quality of our stay. We also appreciated the fact that the staff was available to offer advice or make arrangements for us whenever we needed it.

This venue is highly recommended for families as well.

The prices were unreasonable for the quality of the service and amenities offered. I would not recommend this hotel for a Christmas vacation.
