We had exceptionally comfortable rooms with cable TV, a comfortable bed plus a good window view and the staff were incredibly nice. The hotel had a central location and it was near Santa Bibiana.
The bathroom was so small and no view.

William

I had very comfortable stay, the place is quiet little and perfect!
The rooms were large, complete with cable TV and a comfortable bed and a good window view, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too. The breakfast was satisfactory there. All the employees were affable and excellent co-operating and smiled at me...

We appreciated reasonably large and cozy rooms and outstanding food.
We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was simple and clean, with particularly good and ideal location close to Roma Termini. The breakfast was good, better that in most places. Venue's staff was amiable all the time.

The hotel had a lovely and charming decoration, reminiscent of the elegant Roman era. The general areas were well-maintained and beautifully adorned, providing a pleasant ambiance for relaxation and socializing. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with no steep stairs or long hallways to navigate. It was comforting to know that I could comfortably move around the hotel without any difficulty.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially considering the needs of senior guests. A bit more attentiveness and thoughtful care towards the older patrons would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

The Hotel is in a good location and it was easy to get around the city from there. The Hotel is near the main railway station Termini but is not on a busy street so overall I found that it was a quiet location. The bedroom and shower room were clean.
On the negative side the single room that I was allocated was by the reception desk and this meant that (during the day) I could hear the recpetion staff (but they were not loud). During the night however it was quiet as the desk is not manned. The room and shower room were small but okay for a couple of nights stay.

Good location, not too noise, easy to reach even at night, breakfast was surprisingly (after reading the previous comments) good: coffee, oreange juices, fresh bun and croissant with jam, nutella
Room was just big enough to give space for bed and wardrobe, bathroom very small, a bit dump, but had a toilet and bidet as well. Shower was a bit odd, but functioning. insulation of room is not existing, but luckily we had quiet neighbourghs.in general rooms in Rome central are overpriced -this as well -in my opinion.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, just a short walk from the train station and close to the center area. It was extremely convenient to take public transportation, such as buses and the metro, to explore this city. I also loved that there were plenty of bistro options nearby for a quick bite to eat. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, with the rooms being cleaned daily. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and making me feel welcome. Additionally, the breakfasts were delicious, providing a great start to my day.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The room was fine and the location good, convenient for Roma Termini.
The staff I dealt with did not have a good English skills, and treated me as a pest if I asked for anything. The noisiness was also an issue - the "breakfast room" and security door (a heavy, loudly squeaking thing) were right outside my room, which meant that all night anyone coming in or out woke me. The woman who does the breakfasts could not possibly make more noise preparing them, I believe, without breaking things.
