All in all - we thoroughly enjoyed this place & would happily go back again. The rooms were spotless and bright with decent views of the Loch and hills. The breakfast was reasonably good, the check in was quick. The location was stunning, only 5 minutes walk to War Memorial. The area was nice very close to the town centre, close to the loch and the castle and the lake side.

The location was exceptionally nice yet it was extremely close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. Responsive staff did a great job. We ate at a very comfortable restaurant for breakfast.

Charming old and tidy place, great view of the lake. Helpful employees apart from Rachel the receptionist. Extremely pleasant, newly renovated room, with lovely bed and pillows. Large breakfast with a lot of food. Central location in the restaurant for evening meal staff.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and nice hot with lots of tea and toast. The location of the property was excellent, on waterfront. And it was also adjacent to Inveraray from the North, the sea and the hills across the bay and the restaurant and bar.

The rooms were a nice size and well-kept with the loch view with comfortable beds.

Greatly enjoyed the room with views over loch shira, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had central location in an area that serves a lot of seafood. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

We had recently refurbished, extremely pleasant room with a beautiful loch view as well as TVs. The hotel had a central location opposite loch. Also, Strachur Memorial Hall was 2 km away.

Booked a room with excellent views, and the staff were absolutely outstanding people apart from Rachel the receptionist. The location an easy walk to city centre was marvellous and stunning. The hotel was set in a fairly nice area.

The room was well-organised with amazing view when upgraded. Location: the hotel was short walk to Close to castle.

The place was clean and gorgeous, had highly efficient staff from exploring staff. Our room was nice cosy and well laid out and reasonably priced. The location was stunning and incredible near the lake. The in-house bar was inviting.

Quiet room with private bathroom and tea making facilities and an opening window. Great and stunning location, stunning area, close enough to the public areas untidy, the hills across the bay and Campbeltown.

Bright, spotless room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Particularly good and tasty breakfast with better half portions, an incredible view and cerial, decent views. Marvellous and stunning location in an area that serves a lot of seafood, easy access to pubs and restaurants.

The total stay was pleasant during a week long touring holiday. Central location not far from Loch Fyne, the castle and the lake, it was in an interesting area. Moreover, it was near a listed building museum.
