  That cost me about $40usd and was worth every penny, good prices too, and service was very good. The room was nice, breakfast was great.

  Great variety of food, heavenly Volcanic Spa.

  The hotsprings on site are not very hot except for the top 2 springs and this place is not good at all.

  Great food and nice pool.

  The staff were not responsive and one of the two beds was super flimsy; no worries, as I was traveling alone.

  Good views of arenal and the rooms are spacious, the a/c works great and you can get English stations on the TV. The hotel grounds are nice, the internet access offered in the lobby is also a big plus and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Phone cards are available in la fortuna and food is much cheaper. The 14 mineral pools are incredible.

  Great view of volcano and the food at the resort was ok, not great, go into town for better food. The hotel had fantastic canopy and the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, we tried the restaurant also and was very good, the spas volcanic mud mask and massage were unforgettable.

  The view is amazing, quality is great and the staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are huge, spottless, perfect, food is international and surprisingly good, the warm and cool pools are nice.

  The panoramic views were breathtaking, the hot springs actually at the Hotel were laughable at best and upon arrival the staff were very friendly. The rooms were amazing, the canopy tour located right on the property was excellent and the breakfast buffet was large and satisfying. Good fresh fruit, as was the case throughout Costa Rica and the pools were really nice.

  Good location for view of arenal and nice Rustic Hotel. Entirely worth the money, friendly staff and supreme room that was very comfortable. The food was amazing and the pool was wonderful.

  The view of the volcano is amazing and the grounds of the hotel are quite beautiful and well maintained. The staff is helpful, the room is big and clean, has air co and a tv.

  The view at night was spectacular and our stay at Arenal Paraiso was very nice. Staff were helpful and friendly, the bathroom was relatively large. The breakfasts were good.

  The view of arenal from the deluxe rooms is one of the best around and the whole place is freakin' incredible. The breakfast buffer is excellent.

  The overall service is fairly poor and my boyfriend complained about the water pressure being too low.

  Only a minor inconvenience, and the view was great, the hotel tour desk was very good. The staff were very sweet and the bathroom was large and had plenty of hot water. Free breakfast was ok.

  The view of the volcano from the restaurant was worth, of all the places we stayed in Costa Rica, was the one we liked the least and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot water ran out quickly and the service and food were very good and reasonably priced.
