Luxurious hotel, I liked its peaceful location.
Everything was really good, even so a few employees were misleading.

It was as expected, had a nice stay for three nights 20-23 March. The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a good and absolutely perfect location, the staff were polite.
The location was not so good.

The place is luxurious and has unbeatable location close to the city center by metro or bus. The rooms are huge and fashionable here with coffee machine, a portable bed plus a decent washroom.

I recently stayed at Garden Area Roma Eur for a one-day trip. The staff was helpful and provided great assistance with sightseeing and local travel. The rooms were excellent, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a fresh variety of food options. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station and 5 stops away from the Colosseum.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Good well-wishing restaurant staff.
Very careless and poor service on reception!!! The girls was very inattentive! The boys was good. In the room I found mould (muffa, плесень). In the floor halls was dirty. Poor breakfast.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and the position of the hotel is perfect if you want to be calm.It is only 500 met., From Markoni metro st. And 6 stations from the city center.
If you want to stay out after 12 in the night, you must have a car or take taxi.

The staff was quite helpful and friendly (specially a very polite and willing to help you girl in the reception). The breakfast was delicious. The location is very convinient, 5-10 min of metro station Marconi. Also, using bus 170 and tram 8 you can go to Trastevere (the heart of the night life of Rome).
The filthy carpet and the poor wi-fi connection (available only in the lobby).

clean and tidy. breakfast to a reasonable price. large rooms
too warm in room without the possiblity to turn on aircondition, at least to my knowledge. if aircondition are availible, please leave instructions in room how to operate. No roomservice, which is a large draw back if one uses the hotel for business trips.
