  Nice quiet location, located in beautiful country grounds and very pleasant place to go to for a relaxing couple of days. Moreover the exterior is well designed to incorporate the extensions and staff are very attentive to guests needs. Bathroom is good, the food is excellent and the spa is really luxurious.

  Very attractive country location, great hotel and a beautiful conservatory within the original old manor house. For such a reasonable price and helpful friendly staff. Comfortable room, drabs from the kitchen that was a good 300 meters away and in the restaurant we had pre-dinner drinks at a dirty table. Our duty manager during the day was excellent and check-in was welcoming and professional.

  The location was great, a lovely restful couple of nights - hotel was very busy and the reception staff were not welcoming. Room was big and breakfast was good. The waiter was very professional and friendly, we would definately return sometime as the facilities were excellent.

  Excellent location, good value and attractive buildings. All the staff were lovely and bedroom was fine. Food was fabulous and dinner - £30 allowance each was great. Pool was nice.

  Very nice outside area, lake well maintained and very pleasant grounds around the hotel for relaxing walk. Feel that I spent so much of my hard earned money to feel uncomfortable as waiting staff struggling to do their job, the literature in the room stated all the things you need for an enjoyable spa experience and good food at the Lodge. The childrens menu is exellent portions huge and recreational facilities added to the enjoyment of the occasion.

  The location was good, the family joined me the stay was excellent and we found the staff very pleasant. The room was fine and pillows were luxurious. The food was awful and dinner was wonderful - was a limited menu.

  The bar facilites was very poor I thought and the pool did get busy.

  Excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings, lovely setting and the staff looked after us in a kind. Clean modern bathroom, great food and there was a good choice of leisure activities. The Pools were nice.

  The location was beautiful the weather and i like that the stuff was quick and friendly. The staff were very polite and the Receptionist was really good. The room was large and the food was excellent. The spa treatment was great.

  Handy location for the CLA game fair at Ragley Hall, we left early as we could not stand the place any longer and service top notch as well. The outdoor hot tub is great – lots of opportunity for chatting and the food superb in both The Lodge restaurant. Leisure facilities are good.

  We loved expecially the location, really lovely hotel and staff were on the whole helpful. Also the rooms were clean, i thought that the conservatory the breakfast was served was excellent and only good service experience was receptionist on check-out at 10.25am. The outdoor facilities were fair.
