I liked the hotel, it was cheerful and perfectly clean with comfortable location to the centre of Reykjavik. I had good food for breakfast on what the food was like. The service was all in all excellent.

Impeccably clean and en suite room with a lovely view of the mountains. A bathtub in the bathroom.

Marvellous setting, just off the supermarket which is open 24hours also next to the supermarket and the downtown and the main bus terminal. The incredibly kind staff and their quick responses to my needs. New-fashioned room with an exceptionally COMFORTABLE bed and a good internet.

Neat, good basic hotel with absolutely kind and pleasant staff. A really quiet area, favourable location not far from Reykjavik city centre and the trolley for anyone to take and the island. And a 15-minute walk from Laugardalsholl Stadium. Fine food as for continental breakfast.

The room was huge and wonderful, it had a kitchen, free tea, and coffee. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a satisfactory breakfast. Location: the hotel was so close to the supermarket which is open 24hours also next to the supermarket is a dominos. The vibe here was family! The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service.
Some of the staff were very rude.

I didn't want to say goodbye and definitely want to stay in that area again. All the employees were courteous and welcoming. The breakfast was good, the check in was efficient. Lucky me, got wake up calls free of charge too.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and warm room at Arctic Comfort. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The fridge in the room was a great addition, especially in a place like Iceland. The hotel is conveniently located close to supermarkets and bus stops, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had fresh towels and coffee each morning. The free, strong WiFi was a big bonus. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Due to the closure of Reykjavik air space, we were re booked and had to depart from a different airport in northen Iceland. The assistance provided by the Hotel recepcionist (a Czech national, I believe) was outstanding. Not only did she helped us a big deal, she also kept her smile in her face all the time. Excellent Customer Service (not easy to find nowadays).
The location is full of warehouses and looked a bit run down...

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the bustling city center, making it perfect for those who prefer a peaceful atmosphere. It is conveniently situated about 40 minutes from the center, ensuring easy access to all the attractions Iceland has to offer. Unlike other hotels in the area, it is easily accessible by coaches due to the large vehicle restrictions in the center.
The bathroom could have been cleaned better.

Price, 27 euro for 2 person include breakfast is really cheap. The receptions are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good. The room is big, warm and quiet in night. Although it is not very close to city center, if you have a car it is only takes 5 mins to city center. The parking is very easy and less traffic jam.
The hot water is pure natural geothermal water. It is very good to bath, but I do not like the smell of sulfur, especially when I wash face.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at any time - (they were able to solve some problems connected with the flight due to the ashes and the volcano eruption) - I enjoyed being there and I would recommend it. The area were the hotel is located is very quiet and there are buses going to the city-centre. The kitchen inside the room was of great help, since it's possible to cook simple meals.
