  Location wise is perfect, Klagenfurt is a delightful town in SE Austria and the hotel is very modern and clean. The staff is friendly and able to speak basic English, the rooms are wonderful, some music in hotrl will be nice.

  Location in the old town, in the historic district and great hotel in centre of Klagenfurt. Clean well designed room atmosphere excellent in a beautiful building tasty well presented breakfast and good staff. The bed was very comfortable, also the bar service was kind and responsive, the waitress at dinner was really sweet.

  Great location in city centre, quiet little street in downtown and the stuff was very friendly and there was a piano play during a breakfast. Staff were very polite and the room was spacious, clean and bright. In particular, the sushi/fish combinations menus were excellent value.

  Pretty good breakfast area, great street life on old square and the hotel was in a central location. Personnel were extremely helpful and professional, the room was cleaned promptly and left in spotless condition every day.

  Excellent, central location, good value and nice art decorations in the room and I also really liked the shampoo/lotion. The staff were helpful, breakfast buffet offered a great variety.
